Abuse & DMCA Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

StockRush respects the intellectual property rights and the rights of third parties.

Our Platform acts as an intermediary (information provider) and does not initiate the listing of goods. All content (product descriptions, images, digital accounts) is posted by Sellers.

This Policy describes how we respond to notices of abuse (Abuse) and complaints from copyright holders (in accordance with DMCA standards).

1. What is Considered Abuse

We strictly prohibit the posting of the following materials and goods on the Platform:

  1. Stolen or compromised accounts of individuals or companies.
  2. Data containing personal information of third parties (doxxing).
  3. Goods that infringe upon trademarks, patents, or copyrights of game developers, social networks, or other rightsholders.
  4. Links to malware, phishing, or materials that violate applicable law.

2. How to File a Complaint (Notice of Infringement)

If you are a rightsholder (or their authorized representative) or an individual whose account has been illegally posted on the Platform, you must send an official notice to: [email protected]

The notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right.
  2. A clear description or direct link (URL) to the product/content on the StockRush Platform that infringes your rights.
  3. Evidence of your rights to the object (copies of trademark documents, original account registration data, etc.).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rightsholder.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the rightsholder.

3. Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a properly formatted notification, we commit to:

  1. Promptly hiding or removing access to the infringing materials.
  2. Notifying the Seller who posted the content about the block.
  3. In case of identified intentional fraud — blocking the Seller's account and withholding their Insurance Balance.

4. Counter-Notice

If a Seller believes their product was removed by mistake or as a result of a false complaint from competitors, they have the right to send a counter-notice to [email protected], providing compelling evidence of the legality of their product.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

StockRush applies a "three-strikes" rule (or immediate blocking for gross violations). Sellers who systematically receive confirmed complaints regarding copyright or the sale of stolen property (Abuse) will be permanently banned from the Platform without the possibility of withdrawing funds.
