Who can become a seller on StockRush?
Any registered user who owns digital goods (accounts, keys) obtained legally and complies with the Platform Rules and applicable laws.
What goods are strictly prohibited from being sold?
It is strictly forbidden to list the following on the platform:
- Stolen, hacked, or compromised accounts (including those obtained via brute-force)
- Accounts obtained through phishing, social engineering, or fraud
- Goods that violate copyrights (DMCA) or privacy rights
- Any other digital goods the sale of which violates the law or StockRush Rules
What are my obligations as a seller?
You bear full responsibility for the legality, ownership, description accuracy, and delivery of your goods. The description must be honest, comprehensive, and not mislead the buyer. Important: It is strictly prohibited to provide your personal contact details (Telegram, Discord, email) in the product description or store rules to conduct transactions bypassing the platform.
Why are the Insurance Balance and ranks needed?
The Insurance Balance is a refundable deposit that increases the level of trust buyers and the platform have in you. Maintaining an active Insurance Balance and passing verification increases your Rank (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). The higher the rank, the lower the platform fee on your sales.
How does the dispute system work?
If a buyer is dissatisfied with a product (e.g., the account is invalid at the time of delivery), they can open a dispute. You will have 24 hours to respond to the dispute (offer a replacement, help with the problem, or issue a refund). If you ignore the dispute, it will automatically close in favor of the buyer. In complex situations, you can invite the Administration to the dispute for independent arbitration.
What is the platform fee?
StockRush charges a percentage only on successfully completed transactions. The fee rate is dynamic and depends on your current Rank and verification status. The exact fee amount is always displayed in the User Dashboard before you list a product.
How and when can I withdraw my earned money?
Money from a sale is credited to your balance after the buyer confirms the order or after the timeframe to open a dispute expires (hold).
Payouts are processed upon request within up to 5 business days.
Important (AML): Only funds earned from sales are available for withdrawal. You cannot withdraw money that you simply deposited to top up your balance.
In case of suspected fraud, the Platform reserves the right to delay the withdrawal for up to 30 days to conduct an investigation.
