Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Refund Policy sets out the rules and conditions for issuing refunds for purchases made on the StockRush marketplace. Since the Platform facilitates the sale of digital goods (accounts, access details, keys) that can be copied or compromised immediately upon delivery, standard return rules for physical goods do not apply here.
1. General Rule (Digital Goods Transactions)
All purchases on the Platform are final. Refunds are not provided for reasons such as "changed my mind," "accidental purchase," or "do not know how to use the product."
2. When Refunds are Possible
Refunds for purchased Goods are possible exclusively through the "Dispute" system and only in the following cases:
- The provided data (login/password) is invalid (does not work) at the time of purchase.
- The product critically does not match the description provided by the Seller on the product page.
- The product was recovered (stolen back) by the Seller within the warranty period, provided such a period was explicitly stated at the time of sale.
3. Refund Process (Opening a Dispute)
If there is an issue with the Product, the Buyer must open a Dispute in the User Dashboard strictly within the allotted timeframe, which depends on the store's conditions: from 1 to 24 hours after the purchase. Once this time expires, the funds are automatically transferred to the Seller, and no claims will be accepted.
In the Dispute, the Buyer must provide evidence of the problem (screenshots, continuous video recording from the moment of purchase to the moment of verification).
If the Seller does not respond to the dispute within 24 hours, the dispute is automatically closed in favor of the Buyer (funds are refunded). If the Buyer does not respond within 24 hours after the Seller's reply, the dispute is closed in favor of the Seller.
In the event of an unresolved disagreement, the Platform Administration steps in. The Administration's decision is final.
4. Where Funds are Refunded
Upon a successful Dispute: Funds are returned to the Buyer's internal balance on the StockRush Platform. These funds can be used for new purchases.
Withdrawal from the Buyer's balance: This is not provided by default. The Platform does not operate as a currency exchange service.
Exceptional cases: Refunding funds from the internal balance to the external payment method (bank card, e-wallet) used for the initial deposit is possible only in exceptional cases (e.g., technical processing failure or suspected unauthorized transaction) at the Administration's discretion. Such a refund can take up to 90 days depending on the payment system, and payment gateway fees may be deducted.
5. Refund Denial
You will be denied a refund if:
- You did not open a Dispute within the specified timeframe.
- Your account is blocked for violating the Terms of Use (attempted fraud, review manipulation).
- The product stopped working due to your actions (e.g., you violated the rules of the third-party service the account belongs to and got banned after a successful login).
