The Platform does not require the User to provide passport data, identity documents, or photographs, except for the minimum necessary information specified above or required for Seller verification.

The collected data is used exclusively to ensure the stable operation of the Platform:

• Providing access to the Personal Account and the full functionality of the marketplace.
• Processing payments, crediting funds to the balance, processing withdrawals, and fulfilling obligations to the User.
• Resolving disputes between Buyers and Sellers (arbitration).
• Communicating with the User (technical support, responding to inquiries, sending important system notifications such as password resets or order statuses).
• Analytical purposes, improving the Service's performance, and preventing fraud, hacking, money laundering, and violations of the Terms of Use.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Transfer of information to third parties is possible only in the following cases:

To Payment Providers: to successfully complete transactions (deposits and withdrawals).

As Required by Law: in cases established by law, including official requests from law enforcement agencies.

With the User's Consent: if the User has explicitly consented to the transfer of data.

4.1. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing (while your account is active), or for the period required by law for financial reporting.

4.3. Disclaimer of Liability: The User understands and agrees that the transmission of information via the Internet always involves risks. We take all measures within our control, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data during transmission. The Platform is not liable for the loss or disclosure of data if it occurred due to the fault of third parties (hacking attacks, third-party software vulnerabilities) or through the fault of the User.

You have the full right to:

• Request information about exactly what data of yours we store.
• Make changes to your data through your Personal Account.
• Request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support (provided there are no active disputes or financial liabilities).

6.1. The Platform Administration reserves the right to amend and update the terms of this Policy at any time without prior notice to Users.

6.2. The new version of the Policy becomes effective upon its publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made signifies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the new version of the Policy.
